Lindsay Laflamme

Lindsay graduated from Sheridan College with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Sciences (Athletic Therapy). Additionally, she graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology with a diploma in Massage Therapy, and is a Certified First Responder. She values her patients’ experience by providing them with proper patient education, injury prevention, and using various approaches through manual treatment, exercise prescription, and modalities to recondition musculoskeletal injuries, and contribute to a successful recovery. Growing up she was involved in many sports which led to her passion in rehabilitation. Her experience working with the CFL, Toronto FC Juniors, and hockey teams from University to Minor Midget AAA, has given her the knowledge of treating a wide spread of injuries from amateur to professional athletes, through a variety of different sports. Her goal is to return patients to a healthy active lifestyle by addressing and correcting biomechanical and soft tissue dysfunctions, to improve overall performance. Away from The Armoury, Lindsay enjoys staying active by going to the gym, golfing, and snowboarding, and she loves to bake!
