Heather Harrigan Performance Trainer

Heather completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with a minor in psychology and biology at Wilfrid Laurier University. In her 4th year, Heather completed an undergraduate thesis in sports psychology with Dr. Kim Dawson. She continued her studies at the University of Waterloo to complete a MSc in Kinesiology while volunteering as a student strength and conditioning coach with varsity athletes. During the summer of 2023, Heather was selected as the McMaster Performance Strength and Conditioning Intern, where she worked with a variety of sport teams and youth athletes including basketball, soccer, volleyball, football, and more. Heather has a passion for sport and fitness as a tool for wellness and performance, and believes in cultivating an encouraging, safe environment for those she works with.
