A lifetime of involvement in contact sports and martial arts triggered Aidan’s passion for the art and science of pain therapy and injury rehabilitation. His desire to help others relieve pain and dysfunction convinced him to pursue a BSc in Human Kinetics (Kinesiology) at the University of Guelph. Through their world-leading anatomy program, Aidan acquired over 100 hours of experience in their cadaver lab. This hands-on training has provided him with a deep understanding of the natural anatomical variations between people, and during this time, Aidan discovered Manual Osteopathy and its unique approach to manual therapy. The extensive knowledge he gained at Guelph was put to the test at the National Academy of Osteopathy (Toronto), where Aidan learned how Manual Osteopathy’s holistic approach promotes the body’s ability to heal and regulate itself. Aidan continues to expand his knowledge and skills base with additional training and personal study in NeuroKinetic Therapy and Physical Preparation.

Aidan has experience assessing varsity athletes at the University of Guelph and has worked as part of their clinical biomechanics lab evaluating the effectiveness of sideline concussion tests and return to play concussion protocols.

Aidan will provide a personalized treatment program based off a comprehensive, full-body assessment, followed by the appropriate application of manual therapies and therapeutic exercises to help you reach your goals.
